      Benefits are available - just inconsistent for non HQ locations, Stability - want to remain independent, Great Products, Give back to Community

      Cons

      Investment is in manufacturing and Supply Chain instead of people development. Lack of innovation on training, personal development, marketing is surprising given market leader position in categories. Tools and policies are outdated and leads to inconsistencies / lack of perceived fairness when some departments and managers initiate more progressive expectations or apply common sense.
