      Pros

      Great team, great people supporting us, they are always willing to help, they help even more than in our own region.

      Cons

      - The "Danaher way" are a little strange for those who are outside USA due the company has is own great culture and methods. - Base salaries of associates from regions outside US are lower than people with the same position in US, or even lower than other less qualified positions.

      There are none currently. Senior management has changed from a family oriented company to one that only focuses on profit margins. They do not care about people. They've run the company down so much.

      Please don't work here. They will only use you and spit you out.

      My pay was good, the benefits were good.

      Cons

      Backward people, the company is run by 20 year employees that do as little as they can to get by. The best people who do all of the work don't last long. I saw it over and over again. McCrometer shouldn't even be in the electronics business.
