Business Outlook
Pros
Small company with a lot of nice people. Was a fun place to work. Met a lot of great people and made some great friends. The hours are flexible and the pay and benefits are competitive.
Cons
Unchallenging administrative work. I got bored after a while. No one is held accountable. Difficult to move up since it's so small. You can see that the company is just kind of lost trying to catch up to these much larger companies, but they just dont have the resources or frankly the direction.
