Pros

Excellent training, including college level credit for attending Hamburger University (yes there really is such a thing!) Paid vacation, company trips, excellent opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Long hours, very late nights and early mornings. Dealing with primarily young, entry level workers. You must have the heart of a teacher to succeed in this business. Overall, it is worth the effort and a great learning experience.

Pros

Flexibility. working with friends. not a whole lot good to say. they didn't give me too hard of a time when I went on vacation. Best decision I ever made was leaving.

Cons

No respect, horrible work environment, low pay, extremely strict, no leniency, run like a prison, run by a bunch of incompetent family members who were only promoted based off the fact that one was dating the GM's son.
