Pros

Flexible hours, and for the most part, I LOVE my coworkers.

Cons

Employees are treated like like children, management is composed of a bunch of ninnies, and even after reporting the same person 3 times for threatening to stab me, upper management did NOTHING in response.

Pros

I started as crew and was promoted to shift manager after two years. Company promotes from within. Great management training program. Supplies jobs to youth. Flexible scheduling.

Cons

McDonalds does not pay their employees like they should. Managers are often uneducated and promoted on favoritism or experience rather than whose most qualified. You are easily replaceable and they make sure you know that.

Pros

Great CREW! Flexible hours Some nice customers

Cons

Some rude customers (note, even the customers were nicer than most managers!) Low pay for all positions Extremely high turnover rate Check with crew members about the work environment before working with the company! This will prevent you from wasting your time like I did!
