Pros

Stable hours, not very stressful..time off is honored even after schedules are put out. Very flexible. Character growth

Cons

Not much to learn...each position is very basic.. there's only essentially 4 crew positions (Cashier, Expeditor, Assembly, and Grill) at which point your focus is to develop your own style of completing each basic task. Nobody really monitors you unless there is a fiasco. Personal lives are thrown around often, as there isn't much to do aside from talk. Quoted from an actual store manager, "I can't hire her: She's too dedicated (Girl is studying the menu after an interview). "He'll do what I want him to do. He's been here for 15 years and where the hell else will he go?"
