Pros

It is a great place for people to learn basic management and customer service skills while earning a decent salary. You also get food discounts so that helps pay the bills.

Cons

Very, very fast paced most of the time. If you want to advance, don't ever miss work.

Pros

McDonalds is a good starting job for those entering the workforce for the first time. You learn valube customer service skills that are beniefical when going into other jobs such as retail, etc. The job is easy and it's pretty easy to advance.

Cons

It's the type of job you have to swallow your proud to make. This job starts out at minimum wage and regardless of the position; this isn't a job that you can get rich from.
