Pros

good work life balance, not far from home.

Cons

No Teamwork and worse with managers, managers can not take criticism seeing it as insubordination, little to no action on sexual harassment. managers lack the communication skills and often push all their work on the people below them. they are too focused on production side and see office staff and useless and expendable. pay is poor compared to other companies in the area. look to avoid confrontation and uncomfortable situations leading to a complete failure to properly manage any one or any thing. almost all issues are handle re-actively and as emergencies, when most could have been handled proactively with little impact to production. management is over all dismissive or antagonistic to office.
