At times, the office manager was dedicated to showing value to employees by providing thoughtful gifts and luncheons.

Cons

Very low pay - much less than industry average. I was bullied and humiliated by one of my coworkers and management did nothing to stop the horrible treatment that I had to endure. My experience at this firm was traumatizing and this is not an exaggeration.
