An Admonishment to You

Pros

Great benefits, competitive salary, Fortune 14 company

Cons

Terrible work-life balance which has gotten worse with the recent hiring of consultants a sr. management who boasts of working 60-70 hours each week. Company culture has evolved into an environment that's cut-throat, toxic and vicious. No consideration for employees with tenure which are no longer considered assets to the company. Must be part of the old boy network to get promoted into meaningful positions. Elimination of training budget for rank-and file employees.

Pros

A pay check. Undercover parking.

Cons

Micro-Managed to the core. Employees are not valued, but used as money making robots. They have their favorites. High stressed job. Yearly "raises" are a JOKE.
