This is difficult. If you can adapt to their culture, you can be there with reasonable security for a long time.

Cons

Management disconnect from actual work process. Poor management communications, tends to be one way. Dysfunctional processes and relation to other divisions.

Many co-workers are bright, hard working, talented people. The quality of the talent pool is deep. Telecommuting allowed some of the time.

Cons

The pressure to do more with less is enormous. Reductions in force are common 1-to-2 times per year. The lip service to work-life balance does not hold up when the deadline pressures mount.
