Never lack for work. Pay was good. However the company often pulls a trick about a month or two after giving out raises. As drivers are primarily paid per case delivered, shortly after announcing modest raises, they would increase the quantity of a box of something you will deliver a lot of. (For ex. 15 lb pizza cheese box becomes a 20 lb box). As the customers are ordering by weight, they will order fewer boxes. So the driver will end up handling the same amount of weight, just fewer boxes, and therefore less pay altogether. Management treats drivers fairly and are professional. Staying long enough and gaining their trust is key.
