      Pros

      Pay is good long hours if u like over time other then that nothing else is good about this place.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they are doing u tell them a problem that needs to be fixed and nothing ever gets done also this is a hostile work environment people talking behind other back bad mouthing constantly insulted by co-workers told ur not good at ur job even management tells u the same instead of encouraging u to do better u get put done and told ur not good enough worst place I have ever worked leaving as soon as I find a better job regret working for this poor excuse for a company

      Pros

      The pay is fairly decent, usually. No minimum pay per load or day. Sometimes the Driver really gets hit with low-ball run.

      Cons

      Biggest is that new drivers have absolutely no schedule. Treated like an OTR Trucker, on call 24/7. No added compensation when called, no scheduled days off for new drivers. Drivers work long days and nearly always overnight. Very hard on family and social life. Feel like a vagrant gypsy on the extra board. Drivers are here for years before getting a schedule (route), some over three years. Expensive health insurance. Currently $300 deductible for emergency room visits and $75 for specialist. Challenging driving conditions in City and suburbs and physically demanding work. Products are floor loaded and mixed. This job is not for lazy belly achers.

      Pros

      Good benefits,plenty of work , pay is great but every dollar is earned with sweat . Solid customer base .

      Cons

      Production is what they expect from their employees , but management is not held to any standard . Aloud to straight up lie about anything they're trying to hide. They change the policies when they need to harass the employees into higher production numbers . It's no different than any other big power hungry company. Customer comes after the profits. (Christian beliefs) that's what they preach but only after tearing a few pages out of the book .
