- Competitive but VERY friendly atmosphere - Competent ownership / management, “coaching employees up, not down” - Comfortable, clean workplace - Efficient hiring process, efficient and attentive care once hired - Motivated to be the best!

Cons

Slow days mean less money for everyone, but management is extremely hands-on in helping drum up business opportunities!

Excellent Place For a Career

Pros

There are very few places in the car business where a salesman can have a career, rather than just one more stop on the way to the next job. It is a professional place to work that runs business with ethics and honesty. It doesn't just say it, it does it. Best proof is that the managers, sales staff and support are here for many years, because of they way they are treated.

Cons

Selling is not easy anywhere, it takes time and a lot of hard work to succeed
