Pros

Lots of good employees who are fantastic people. Drivers take trips at their good pleasure. A fantastic job for retirees.

Cons

HR is totally unresponsive to pay problems. HR is biased and partisan. HR is domineering with no checks and balances to stop the unfair practices. HR is aloof to employee pay problems not even giving employees the courtesy of call backs or answering emails. Everyone knows to fly under their radar and do nothing that might bring attribution on oneself. To say it concisely, McLarty would be nearly perfect but HR is threatening and unhelpful.
