Pros

Mclarty Honda led by our General Manager (Reece Hancock) cares very deeply about customers and employees. They have a good online training program that equips me with knowledge and confidence to serve our prospects and customers.

Cons

At this moment in time, I have not experienced any downside.

Not all stores are completely corporate yet

Cons

Every store will be corporate before long and it's difficult being such a small piece in a large dealer group. No recognition, below average pay

Pros

McLarty cares about their customers and their employees. This is the one dealership I have worked at that I can honestly say, they have integrity. Employees are appreciated and they go out of their way to show you.

Cons

It's a dealership, so some positions have long hours. Saturday is a busy day, so some positions work the weekend. Work from home is unavailable.
