      Good pay when there are plenty of contracts going

      Cons

      When work slows down you are limited loads making it to where you can get paid as little as $150/day for 14 hours

      The end dump division last year was very inconsistent and we did our best to keep everyone busy. We apologize that sometimes there just wasn't enough work. It was one of the worst years for that division since we started it. This year has been much better.

      My truck broke down a couple times when it was really really cold last week. They took care of me and made sure I got my guarantee pay. Cant thank them enough
