      Pros

      Really other than living Decatur.. There are no Pros to working here. There are some really good hard working people propping up this company.

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership, lack of trust with that leadership. Fires some employees for simple misunderstandings. While continuing to employ others who threaten workplace violence all due to the idea they might claim racial discrimination.

      Pay checks are pretty good for the work you do

      Cons

      Having to break down and put navk together sidekick trailers, the loaders at the customer poorly pre loading trailers, something seemingly always broken on the trailer, 50% chance of getting home on time.
