Pros

Lol, I genuinely wish I could find a single positive thing to say about this joke of a company

Cons

- management has unrealistic expectations that they don’t even set for themselves - hypocrisy - will throw you under the bus to save face - obvious favoritism amongst teams - working extra hours, without any acknowledgement - let personal feelings dictate

Pros

Pay and Benefits, that's it.

Cons

Just about everything else. They don't listen to the people actually doing the job and most of the time give you a "supervisor" (if doing projects all day and not paying attention to what is going on in the department counts as supervising) who has no knowledge of the department, its operations, or processes.

Pros

Working alongside incredibly high caliber co-workers. Also the pay.

Cons

Daily stress so intense it affected my health and personal relationships. The work is incredibly challenging and you’re expected to be perfect.
