      Pros

      Make a lot of money for a job right out of college. Majority of roles are 9-5. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      One of the most lifeless soulless flavorless places I’ve ever interacted with. Majority of Upper Management is exceptionally hypocritical, the concept of “lead by example” does not exist. Pretty much everyone is here for the same reason: money. The checks are fat, but don’t come here expecting to love your job. Plenty of people quit within 2 years (if they even make it that long).

      Think twice before joining Internal Audit

      Good Pay and smart people at the company

      Cons

      Boss does zero work and even worse, gives the group little advice, education, or direction. The internal audit group is on an island and no one really cares or checks-in with these castaways. The worst part is the management of the group doesn't care about the future of their employees. I have never heard of an internal audit department that doesn't get to see the consolidated GL but for some reason at McM it's how the internal audit group is run.
