Pros

High pay, great benefits, awesome campus

Cons

No opportunity for growth, micromanaging, fear based culture. It’s considered a problem if you’re late more than twice in one year. I cried 2-3 times a week while working here.

Pros

Strong pay scale, incredible benefit package, nice facilities

Cons

Favoritism, broken promises, no reward for loyalty or years of service. Company will boast about a work-life balance, but nothing can be farther from the truth. Your 10 years to the company are the equivalent as the first year employee when it comes to moving employees to better jobs and better work hours. Management believes that you shouldn't get the better hours after showing the company years of quality work. They'll move your hours back tomorrow without warning. Good place to work if you don't have kids or your kids are older and getting home at 7pm doesn't matter to you.
