Pros

BENEFITS Work-life balance Great coworkers Phenomenal attention to detail McMaster expects a high quality of work and each employee takes pride in providing our best product to our customers. I don’t know much about the office environment but the warehouse is a huge team which has always been very helpful and welcoming to new employees. Wish that I had started working here earlier in my professional career!

Cons

None - I have enjoyed the work experience and look forward to many years to come. Could not ask for more from an employer.
