Great Place to Cut Your Teeth in Management

Pros

Strong process driven culture, lots of time spent teaching and developing, very cross-functional in most managerial roles. As a management trainee, you will learn in a few years here what other managers may spend decades learning. It will come at a cost: you need to focus and be on-point. There's no water-cooler talk or downtime to play online. The lack of downtime may be a negative to some.

Cons

Industry isn't attractive, location is relatively poor and result in a long commute if you want to live in a more lively part of LA or OC
