Culture is weird between management and non-management Strict with time even if you are salary

Fires people constantly and gets them to sign NDAs with promise of severance/bonus to avoid people sharing their employee experiences only. Last two weeks, two high-performing people have been fired from my team. Both weren’t legally allowed to talk about why they are leaving suddenly… Rude management that disrespects employees lower on the “hierarchy” than themselves Feels like you’re constantly being watched, like there are spies in the open office. Creepy + mysterious things around the office including no cameras inside / outside the building except in parking lot. Not being allowed to talk about personal life with coworkers.
