Awful. Demoralizing. Satanic.

Pros

Good pay and good benefits.

Cons

Culture of secrecy. Management--including middle and upper management--often obviously doesn't know what it's doing. I saw a coworker cry under his desk. This is a full-grown man with kids and a family. They fired him in a pretty unethical way two weeks later.

Benefits package is amazing and the people are truly nice to work with.

Cons

The future of your career can seem hazy and it becomes to difficult to manage that.

Pros

Good experience managing people. Good experience asking yourself the five whys and digging deep into operational machines

Cons

The culture here is dark and disheartening. No one speaks nicely to one another at the management level, everything is condescending, passive aggressive and feedback laden. If the company really wanted its employees to succeed, they would let them try out the same process for more than 2-3 weeks without changing it.
