Pros

Good compensation. Education reimbursement covered masters program with no strings attached. Very normal hours with no expectation of take home work.

Cons

Very political culture. Perception was more important than reality and that was openly discussed. It was often times more important to highlight the bad rather than fix the actual crux of the problem.

Pros

The pros of this company are that the benefits are above and beyond. Its the cleanest warehouse you will ever come across and well organized.

Cons

Some management and supervision jobs are filled by fresh out of Ivy League graduates that are new to the work force and can be frustrating to work with at times. To move up in the company does not happen often at all.
