Pros

I had a great manager who probably made my experience better than some of my colleagues at the time. If you work hard, learn and try to do your best, you'll be fine.

Cons

The culture is very unique and can be a little tough for some to adjust. It's certainly not a transparent company or one that focuses much on employee engagement, but I suppose this can be said about a lot of companies.

-All the good people leave within 1-2 years -A lot of arrogant people who think very highly of themselves -Terrible culture for anyone who is not white, male, and risk-averse

Pros

The company offers a great compensation and also offers great benefits and bonus. The profit sharing plan is very good too. Good people to work with.

Cons

There is no growth or advancement for employees unless you are in the "chosen circle". Way too many politics here in order to advance.
