All that glitters is not gold

Pros

The salary and benefits are good, as is cash profit sharing. So long as you're able to make the grade (and graded you are), you can expect a stable job.

Cons

The work culture is authoritarian, no ability to choose career path, employees function within a caste system, the location is inconvenient, no work from home option, and the actual work is boring and tedious.
