Pros

High caliber coworkers who don't settle for 99%. Sink or swim. Lean and mean. Those who fall are rockstars at the average company.

Cons

Raise your hand if you're passionate about distributing industrial supplies.

Pros

-great, smart, and fun coworkers -very generous compensation and vacation -clean, well designed work environment -engaging project work on occasion

Cons

During the interviews they make it sound like their supervisor roles are like consultants, but in reality, you spend over half your time dealing with the daily tasks of scheduling and running to operation
