Pros

Decent pay. Awesome Benefits. Promotes a good work life balance. No one is expected to come in early or stay late (although some young members of management do so to "look good").

Cons

No clarity about employee career paths. Deciding who gets moved/promoted happens behind closed doors with minimal input from supervisors or managers.

Pros

Great culture, great benefits, very generous bonuses. Each employee is interdependent on each other -- which creates a very aware staff when someone is not picking up their part.

Cons

Constant rotating Management. Talent does not always come from an Ivy-League or Top school and unfortunately that is how they hire Managers. Once you are hired into the Warehouse environment you do not cross into the Office environment. Also, you do become "promoted" to a manager. As long as you don't want to move up, it's not a bad career.
