Pros

Amazing Benefits Strong sense of team work - everyone works hard to get the job done

Cons

They demand a very high degree of accuracy in your work, but they treat their employees well, so it evens out. Managers rotate through departments frequently. When this happens the new managers tend to make process changes for the sake of seeming proactive and to shake things up. It rarely works out for the better.

Pros

Money. Profit sharing. Health insurance. Tuition reimbursement. They are so crazy about errors and the slightest mistake that when you leave the company you will have the best eye for detail than you ever had before.

Cons

Cannot retire at this company. Terrible treatment for the average human body. Your body will fall apart so you will definitely need the health insurance they offer, but don't take time off for the Dr. Or they will come after you. Would never recommend this place to anyone EVER- not even my worst enemy.
