Pros

Benefits are excellent and it doesn't matter what your degree is in to have a job there. Most of the people are genuine.

Cons

Forget about advancing unless you are from an Ivy League. No word about your progress until review time and then be careful what you sign. Sick days are highly frowned upon. People always unsure about whether or not they'll have a job. Very little training but a lot of trial by fire.

Pros

This company really has defined goals and a system that works. Work really hard and think critically about your work and you'll do really well here. The more engaged you are, the more opportunities you will have (up to a point). If you are looking for a job where you can just show up and work your 7.5 hours without thinking too hard - you'll be just fine, as long as the work you produce is of good quality. Basically, it's what you make of it. Excellent coworkers and generally really great management teams. State-of-the-art standing desks for any employee who wants one. This is amazing!! Very quiet office (unless you're in sales) so you can spend a lot of time listening to podcasts or audiobooks.

Cons

Limited options for upward mobility unless you come in on management track. Some departments are so focused on producing quality work that they discourage coworker bonding throughout the day. Definitely a quirky place - if you like to question why things are done a specific way and don't agree with their methods, this might be a difficult place for you to feel comfortable long-term.
