Pros

Benefits, year end bonus, benefits, retirement contribution, benefits

Cons

No upward mobility, your supervisors will always be 24-27 year old Ivy leaguers with zero work experience, the company will wear you down until you can no longer meet their expectations, your schedule will change with a day or two notice, people grow exponentially miserable with each passing year.

Pros

The ability to make money and earn a higher education at the same time. Nothing is better than a company in this day and age paying for employees to be educated.

Cons

There are endless amounts of cons. It all comes down to tolerance level and what you are able to live without. If you can tolerate being disrespected and treated like unintelligent children, by people you are equally if not more experienced or educated than, you could probably last a while. Honestly it is soul crushing to have to ensure the negative environment I was hired into. The work itself is fine, but the people could seriously use a major attitude adjustment.

Pros

They offer competitive pay and stellar benefits. The basic work functions are within your grasp of understanding.

Cons

you are a robot. You cannot move ahead there. If if you do not come from an Ivy League school, do not bother with the idea that you will work your way up to management. the work is mundane. Also that place is a revolving door.
