Pros

While the job itself isn't thrilling, the community and benefits greatly make up for the work. You can tell the company really cares about its employees and works hard to retain them and train them well. Their benefits and bonuses are amazing for the work they ask of you. If you are someone that likes to clock in and out and live your life-- its a great job for you. If you want depth of interest in your work, it might be hard as a customer service rep here.

Cons

The work can feel a bit monotonous.

Pros

The people you work with are awesome and very smart, and the pay and benefits are really tough to beat.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a while for projects to get going because of the many approvals and reviews they go through. Not a ton of autonomy.
