Pros

- Great people – everyone is kind, welcoming and eager to help - Benefits are great, including the Profit Sharing, Medical Care and Education reimbursement. - The work is very manageable once you get the hang of it, and your workday has a firm start & end time (unless you opt into paid OT)

Cons

It's very difficult to move up within the company. Most of the time, management is hired for the Management Trainee program out of university (mostly Ivy League or other top schools). Most other hires are recruited after being burned out in other roles (retail, restaurants, etc) and are moved laterally to different departments, rather than getting promoted.

Pros

Pay is good as well as the benefits.

Cons

You don't have control over where you're stationed. You can be placed in a department the following week without any of your inpute They track your time. I felt like I couldn't go to the bathroom because I felt like I was taking too long.
