Pros

Hours and actual job is pretty easy. pay and benefits are really awesome. People there are really nice. Cafeteria is pretty good.

Cons

Does not add any skills to your resume. I can not stress this enough. It does not add anything and if you work there for a long time you will not be attractive to other employers

Pros

High pay, Benefits, bonus (up to 6 months of pay), yearly Christmas party, tuition reimbursement

Cons

Absolutely no job security, constant big brother watching and demeaning feedback. Treated like a mindless robot I worked here for a little over a year. The work is thankless, backbreaking labor. I was laid off after a year along with 20% of their warehouse workforce. The company likes to "clean house" every 6 months to keep morale down and perceived productivity up, only to hire in a brand new group of trainees that have to be trained to do the exact same job and then laid off six months to a year later. They promise a huge retirement if you can make their 90 rule (years of service + age = 90) but they lay off every single person I met right before that, basically screwing them out of their retirement health insurance. Overall, horrible place to go. Unless you want a career in grunt menial labor, avoid this place like the plague. Having this company on your resume is a black mark down the road for your future careers.
