Pros

Salary, profit sharing, retirement package, and benefits can't be beat for the forty hour work week.

Cons

Management is full of the stupidest smart people. Ivy league college graduates that majored in nothing useful to bring to the company. Maybe one out of 10 can actually manage. Most have no clue what they are doing even after being there over a year. So basically incompitient. I am finishing my MBA and have given feedback several times on how to improve processes and it gets swept under the rug or immediately shot down. They don't care about moral either.

Pros

The bonus check was awesome. But it really should have been part of your salary.

Cons

No room to move up in company.

Pros

Benefits and that's about it. I cannot even make the 20 word minimum.

Cons

I tried to think of something polite and encouraging to say about the company but am unable to do so. I worked here full time for 7 years in the office and moved from dept to dept. I cannot think of one single skill I have acquired. Instead, I can tell you I've had 16 supervisors all under age 23- fresh out of college with zero work or management experience micromanaging every word I had to write. Don't ever be sick late or think you will ever attend your children's activities at school. You won't be promoted or encouraged. When you get home from work you will smile less and drink more. Don't ever ever work here. Ever.
