Pros

Benefits and profit sharing. You're not unemployed.

Cons

I'm trying my best to be diplomatic. But if you value yourself, your skills, have self respect, and any sort of clue about business at all, don't do this to yourself. Check your soul at the door and prepare to be disrespected and humiliated daily. People constantly quit without notice for a host of valid reasons.

Pros

Good place to work. Very Strong Salary and Good Benefits. I thought it was a great opportunity. It would have been better if it were closer to where I lived.

Cons

It was very far away from where I lived. There was definitely politics going on, just like any other work places. I thought it was negative at some points. All in All I thought it was a decent experience.
