It's easy to find coworkers at all levels who genuinely care about you, the business, doing good work, technology, and enjoying the day-to-day.

Cons

Experiences vary vastly from team to team and project to project. While there are efforts to understand why, it can be frustrating and disheartening when you find yourself in a less-than-ideal situation. Having said that, there are typically people willing to listen and help find a better spot for you.

Tough but Fair

Pros

The pay is great and the benefits are superb. There is a real sense of teamwork within the individual departments.

Cons

The number of vacation days is pretty limited and the fact that vacation days get granted according to seniority makes it tough to take time off around any of the holidays.
