      Pros

      Good benefits. That is the only thing positive about this company.

      Cons

      You get good benefits but in exchange the managers y supervisors make you live miserable. No respect to regular employees. Reviews completely misrepresent the work of the employees. Employees are harassed in every review. Employees are constantly threatened to be fired if perceived as not doing a perfect job. Even when over 99% of what you do is perfect, they still tell you that you do not meet expectations.

      leadership responsibility quickly opportunity to try new areas in which you have no experience highly educated and pedigreed coworkers work/life balance compensation

      no brand recognition no exposure outside of company minimal transparency with staffing and promotions minimal input in career progression industry not exciting
