Pros

Pay and benefits well beyond what similar companies pay.

Cons

No hope of promotion beyond the most basic of lateral position shifts, and those are few and far between. Always having to work under a supervisor or manager that is only a few weeks removed from an ivy league classroom and lacking any real work/leadership experience.

Pros

Great benefits, solid company that's been around for a long time. Great people to work with.

Cons

There are opportunitites to work in different departments and see the company from different angles but little chance to move up to supervisor/management positions from staff level.

Pros

Warehouse employees are great. Diverse and experienced. Company benefits are excellent.

Cons

Very rigid work environment. Lower level management is recruited outside of company, young recent college graduates from top colleges. The lower management is smart but lack management/leadership skills to effectively develop direct reports. They tend to manage up vs down.
