Pros

Money, benefits, nothing else to add except a few co workers were nice

Cons

Everything else, if you get a manager that you are not aligned with, goodbye. If you get a decent one, it is a job that pays well.

Pros

The insurance, the education reimbursement, and the cash profit sharing.

Cons

No career advancement. Sad and depressing culture of cultivating fear. IC's are not treated as humans. There is not mentorship or relationship building. Supervisors choose self-demotion or leave the company so the prospect of sticking with the company for your "career". I did not gain new skills that I did not teach myself. This is a place to work if you want to finish your career with a stable schedule and benefits. Not a space for growth opportunities.
