Pros

They pay for school regardless of degree type or location, compensates well. Bonus is anywhere from 25-40% of salary based on how well the company did that year

Cons

Long hours, rude people, no one knows how to communicate/ articulate themselves. No advancements with technology, they are stuck in the 1970s of ERP systems and uses ONLY excel to show KPIs. Everything is custom made macros in excel. Constantly feeling like you’re on eggshells. Clear displays of nepotism, and very biased. No clear communication of goals.

Pros

Great benefits, pay and annual company event.

Cons

Like being in an abusive relationship where you stay for the money! Stressful work environment. No culture and very hard to make acquaintances because there is no time to be social even on your scheduled and timed breaks

Management, work hours, low worker morale, favoritism for advancement opportunities, being made to feel like you need to apologize for being a white conservative
