Pros

High early career compensation and benefits

Cons

See cons from other negative posts on employee treatment, work/manager variability, and career development. I thought they were exaggerations before accepting my offer. Think long and hard whether your current career trajectory is worth sacrificing to go to McMaster for some short term gains. Don't stifle your long term career prospects for short term gains.
