Pros

The pay and the PTO is really good. There is always overtime available.

Cons

Every minute of your day has to be accounted for. If you step away from your desk, you have to give a reason why. You can ask help from your co workers because they cant stop what they're doing to help you. You have to enter your questions in an app and wait for a response. However, if you ask too many questions, you are penalized during your monthly review.

Pros

Long and well thought out training program with generous ramp up period. Coworkers are supportive and friendly. Never work overtime unless you want to.

Cons

Requires a lot of self direction and intuition. Hard to move up and managers are more interested in comparing you to a chart than charting a path forward.
