Nearly none. The pay is good but if you accept an offer here, start looking for another job quickly.

You will need an exit strategy almost immediately. There's no future here, micromanaging is extreme, your performance is largely dictated by people who have no interaction with you or your work. They are privately held and will ABSOLUTELY fire individuals for small and vague reasons despite how long they have remained. If you do any work in research, systems, or strategy you will need to find an exit path quickly. It's shocking how demeaning this company is, I know so many people in therapy because of this place.
