Pros

Pay, benefits, time off, profit sharing, and weekends off.

Cons

High stress/demand, favoritism, no opportunities for promotion regardless of how well you work. You will not grow as an employee. Your body will pay the price and they expect you to be almost perfect while working at a fast pace. You will not learn any new skills that you can apply anywhere else in the future. Zero job security.
