Pros

Great benefits, great pay. If you went to an ivy league school this is the place for you.

Cons

This company is more secretive than the mob. Trying to get promoted is always a challenge.

Pros

Incredible benefits, good pay and bonus, great job security in any economy. Free PPO including vision, dental, full tuition coverage for any class subject matter at accredited schools. End-year benefits up to 30% of yearly salary! Company has solid cash flow even in bear economy, so jobs are very secure. Company is old, over 100 years. There are folks that have worked there over 30 years, turnover is very low.

Cons

Not a technology company, so management is not technically minded and moves slowly on the technology front. They hire non-technical people to work as developers and managers of developers, which leads to a lot of frustration.
