Coworkers were mostly great to work with. I enjoyed the work itself

The management were ok until they didn't like you or agree with you , then they weren't. expected 7 day a week availability.

The company provides a pretty casual work culture, because they are family run, so it's not overly professional. You'll likely work fashion events You'll occasionally work higher profile gigs

Cons

The company is family run, so competence wasn't the criteria for position appointment. That means you'll be dealing with nepotism and some levels of incompetence that will impact how stressful, annoying, or realistic some of your work experience will be. The fashion events are often underage girls or held in department stores The higher profile gigs are commonly just larger companies outsourcing a need, so your involvement will be minimal
