Great location, free vending machine, nice office, people other than management are okay, the building is on a beach and it's nice to go there for lunch.

Management is not that great, No transparency, they ask for all of your time and offer no incentives besides a paycheck.
Product was ok in the beginning, but stale now. The older team was fun to work with. They built relationships on trust. But this is non-existent now.

Lack of execution, no transparency or morale. They brought in garbage from a legacy company to manage and this essentially ruined the culture of trust and innovation.
Location is amazing. Unfortunately, sacrifices in focus and effective leadership are made for prime ocean front location. Most employees are friendly.

Leadership lacks ability to effectively motivate company. Future is very uncertain and strategies are extremely inconsistent. Sales cycles are are very complex and long- if completed at all. No one is held accountable to sales performances.
